Seeadler pen & ink drawing

July 12, 2009

I purchased this item today at a local flea market and would like some help if you could provide it. Below is
a photo of the original/print(?) of the Seeadler. It is a pen & ink drawing of the Seeadler and the writing
under the ship is seen as the following:

Felix Count Luckner
Jan 25, 1933

- Seeadler -
Jan. 21st 1916 - Feb 28th 1918

Capt. K. Stuart Murray
Jan 25, 1933 York, USA

Sorry about the glass reflection I did not want to remove it yet from it's frame.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Kathy,

Go to this "Count Felix von Luckner: Index of Ahoy's articles and correspondence" AHOY to see all we have on the Count.

This ship originally Pass de Bahama.

Felix was an amazing character the like we may never see again on the world stage.

At Halle in Germany is a von Luckner web site for his Society, it is run by my Web Master Terry Kearns in Atlanta Georgia, you will find it here.

Best regards,

Mac .
