RW Creswell was a Captain in the Imperial Camel Corps (Australian ) died on November 6, 1917

February 01, 2010

Hello Mac,

I'm a late comer to your very interesting log. I came across it while researching RW Creswell who was Colin
Creswell's
older brother. Both are my uncles. I am planning a visit to the Beersheba War Cemetery where
Randolph is buried this coming April. In 1994 we visited the Portsmouth Naval War Memorial on Panel number 24 and saw Colin's name. It was difficult to find out any other information.about him.

I will keep an eye out for any other news which appears on you site.

Kind regards

Bill Creswell

Bill,

My thanks for your mail, are you seeking more informaion about Colin or Randolf or both?

Was Randolf in the British Army and what year did he die?

I am looking for him on the Commonwealth War Graves Commission site.

Regards,
Mac.
