Letters Who was responsible for HMT and OHMS ships during WWII? May 2, 2013 Hi there, I have been trying with outy much luck to find out who was responsible for HMT and OHMS ships during WWII. I would guess that HMT belonged to the DfT and OHMS were MoD. I would be most greatful for any pointers on answering this.
