Tankard presented to people who went to Athenia's rescue

Hi, my father has a tankard that was presented to his friend (now deceased) on the sinking of the Athenia - he
was one of the people who went to her rescue and the Donaldson line presented this tankard to him. Do you
know how many tankards were presented?

I have had one correspondent whose Father was awarded a cigarette case by the Donaldson Shipping Company, but I do not know how many Tankards were issued.
