Serving in the RAN's three County Class Cruisers

Hello Chris,

I note in your NSW newsletter that Lawrie Yeomans believes that Eddie Harris is the sole serviving person who served in all of our three County Class cruisers in WW2.

Not so! I served in HMAS Australia as a Midshipman, in HMAS Canbera as a Sub Lieutenant, as you well know to be sunk in her, and finally as a Lieutenant in HMAS Shropshire.
