Searching for HMS X5 for the past 35 years in Arctic Norway

Have just stumbled on your website and noticed an earlier letter from Anne Callison in Colorado, regarding  X-Craft and X-Craft training.

This is of interest to me as I'm one of the guys who has been searching for HMS X5 for the past 35 years in Arctic Norway.

X5 was one of the three midgets that attacked TIRPITZ in Kaafjord, near Alta, 500 miles north of the Arctic Circle in September of 1943. X5 broke  through the surface approaching the ship, was seen and fired on, and then  vanished
without trace. I've been intimately involved with the search since our  first expedition up there in 1974, and we are due back up there in May this year with new sub-bottom search technology!

I wondered if you could put me in touch with her in case I can be of any help.

Kind regards
Stu Usher
