My late father, then a Lieutenant RNR, commanded Northern Spray in 1943 3 Oct 2013 Dear Mac Hope that you are well. Recently, I was looking at Trawlers go to War by Paul Lund & Harry Ludlam pp. 204-205, and Lilliput Fleet by A. Cecil Hampshire pp. 142-143 and found a paragraph in each devoted to events relating to HMT Northern Spray in 1943. I can’t remember whether I sent this to you before?
