Hello,

I am a writer in waiting and am seeking permission to use a copy of the image of Matthew Flinder's Tom Thumb found via google search on you web page.

I hope to use the image in an article I am writing on the Australian coastline.

The article is being written for a competition on the Writing.Com website, a site for would-be writers.

It is purerly an exercise in improving writing skills and there are no monetary rewards.

I cannot pay for the use of the image but of course would acknowledge your permission.
