Lt. W B Jackson of HMS Voltaire, who died of wounds received during the sinking of the ship

June 07,

Hi Mac,

I have been enjoying reading through your web log and pecifically the articles and letters on HMS Voltaire. I
am writing a book about some of the soldiers, sailors and airmen who are buried in Becklingen War Cemetery
near Bergen-Belsen in Germany. Among these is the grave of Lt. W B Jackson of HMS Voltaire, who died of wounds received during the sinking of the ship. I'd very much appreciate your permission to use some of the material about the ship and its action at that time in my story - with full credit of course.

Best wishes,

Roy,

Of course.

Regards,
Mac.
