Ray Williams

Ray,

I have been in Europe and only came home to Melbourne yesterday, hence my silence.

Here is a photo of Voltaire about 1923, and some detail about the ship.

See this URL: http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/documents/ifa_d6_merchant_navy_service_officer_seamen_1913_1972.pdf

for details about tracing Merchant Navy records.

I hope that helps with your quest to trace your Father's records for his service in Voltaire.

Best regards,
Mackenzie Gregory.
