WAS A US DRAFTEE. WE SAILED FROM SEATTLE TO YOKOHAMA. SEPT. 1952. IT TOOK 2 WKS. 3500 OF US ON BOARD. I WAS SUPPOSEd TO GO TO KOREA BUT DIDNT MAKE IT. STAYED IN JAPAN AN THEN CAME HOME TO BE DISCHARGED ON FEB. 1953. AGE AT THE TIME 24 YRS OLD.
