My thanks for that, you certainly stirred up my memory of that wonderful day, I cannot remember who was responsible for making up the two stamps that added those great post marks to our letters, but I am sure we all generated a record amount of mail to leave our ship on that particular Sunday. Of course peace put an end to the awful censorship you all had suffered for so long. Thank you and your son Phil for taking both the time and the trouble you have taken to revive such a day in my memory. We will put them up on AHOY and I will send you the page when my web master Terry Kearns in Atlanta Georgia has added them to our site. Again, I am most grateful to you both.
