Documenting Camell Laird's ship histories

November 01, 2009

Hi Mac!!

Its been sometime eh?

I hope you are well? I had to put my project on hold for some time due to work commitments, however things have changed somewhat for me and I now find myself living in Saudi Arabia with my young family!

I thought I would let you know that I've decided to pick up from where I left off and complete my project!

Researching fro this side may be a little more challenging, but I'm going to get in touch with the archives in the UK and see what they can do.

Hello Matt,

Nice to hear from you. I am fine thanks.

When you first mentioned your intention of writing about all of Camell Laird's ship' histories I am sure we both never thought you would wind  up in Saudi Arabia.

I am pleased you are going to try and pick up the threads of your project again, although you have chosen a mighty big task for yourself.

Keep in touch, and if you think I may be able to help you at any time, please yell.

Best wishes,
