How would I find a crew list of the Ajax at the time of the battle of the River Plate please ?

I could find nothing in the UK National Archives that related to crew lists of HMS Ajax at the time of the River Plate action.

The HMS Exeter Association web site carries a list of her crew members, but nothing for Ajax.
