Arthur Ruehrwein survived Point Honda disaster March 13, 2010 I know this is a long shot, my father was one of the sailors in the crash, he was a chef/cook, he survived but always had frostbite from being in the water.are there any lists of personnel that were in the accident. His name was Arthur Ruehrwein. Thank you,
