Another Graf Spee bell October 18, 2011 Hi! I've just read a letter on your page about the bell from Graf Spee. We saw the pictures and we realized that we own the same bell. Is it possible that ours is also origin? Do you know how much is it worth? Thanks for your answer! Best regards,
There are a number of these bells around the world, I believe they were cast as a souvenir of a once great ship, the 1939 would refer to he year she was sunk. One of my correspondents paid $15 for his bell in Berlin in 1983. The value will depend on how much some one is prepared to pay to gain such a nice momento. I would love to own one myself.
